Timmy Mallett - unbeatable prices
Artist Timmy Mallett is best known for his children’s TV work, but is also a great artist with a multitude of subjects including seascapes, landscapes and cityscapes.
Timmy Mallett was born in Cheshire (Marple) on the 18th October 1955 and after leaving school ended up studying at Coventry’s Warwick University, and landed a job on the student radio station, after graduating he then started working for a local BBC radio station, after which working on many other radio stations.
It was during this time he secured his first job on television, working on a Saturday morning children’s show, but it wasn’t until the following year he really began to find success, presenting the children’s show “The Wide Awake Club”, becoming such a dominative figure he then landed himself his own show called “Wacaday”.
After appearing on “I’m a celebrity …. In 2008, Timmy Started producing Limited Edition prints through the publisher Buckingham Fine Art” and over the last couple of years has struck up a good art friendship with Rolf Harris.
