Mark Braithwaite - unbeatable prices
Born in York in 1970, Mark Braithwaite developed a love for art and displayed skill with sketching even at an early age. As a completely self taught artist, Braithwaite went on to study at Bradford University on the Visual Communications course. Following his graduation, Braithwaite went on to become a pavement artist and rapidly progressed on to paint cityscapes of York, since then his works have been printed and widely distributed.
Braithwaite's works are assembled from calming works, environments which are bright but yet relaxed, the visual style taking strongly from realism and holding an extremely good composition, the artist pays key attention to the lighting and paints in even the tiniest detail to create a visually stunning and emotionally calming scene.
