Shazia - unbeatable prices
Born in Keighley, Yorkshire in 1972, Shazia grew up in the company of her skilled seamstress mother, she developed a passion for drawing and bases much of her work off of her mother's stories that she used to be told while her mother sowed away at her worktable.
During school her art teachers encouraged her to develop her Art skills further and after studying at a foundation course in Art & Design, Shazia went on to study a Graphic Design at Leeds Metropolitan University, specialising in Illustration and graduating her degree.
After travelling around Latin America and Africa for three years, Shazia returned to basic drawing using only a pen and paper and returned to the United Kingdom to work as a studio designer for a number of years. Taking on a change of pace, she left the studio and became a freelance designer for five years, eventually Shazia started a family and became
a full-time artist.
