Gary Benfield - unbeatable prices
Gary Benfield was born in 1965 in Birmingham, England. To begin he studied Art at Stourbridge College of Art before moving on to Wrexham College of Art. Following becoming a professional freelance illustrator for a few years in 1986, Benfield then set up his own studio near London and began painting,
within just a few short years his work was being distributed all over Europe and he had firmly established himself in the Art world.
Benfield's work has been exhibited from Moscow to Toronto and everywhere in between to this day.
Form in Benfield's work is smokey, blurry, but dreamy. The colours merge in long watery streams to forge a passionate marriage of vividity and movement, the surreal blurriness combined with the simplistic but well-painted subject matter creates truly enchanting pieces.
