Peter Knox’s work is best described as Industrial Heritage scenes.

Peter Knox was born in Hartlepool in 1941. After leaving school he studied art in both Hartlepool and Leicester colleges.
In 1968, Peter got a job as a tutor with the College of Sea, which is now the Marine Society, which took him travelling all over the world, painting, drawing and teaching aboard Merchant Ships. After lecturing in Norwich for three years, Peter decided it was time to go back to painting full time, now working and living in Scotland.
His works have been exhibited and sold all over the world and his works can be found in the National Maritime Museum. No Artworks Exists
