Yes! Friars Gallery Ltd has its own dedicated secure server and all transactions are dealt with LloydsTsb Cardnet. No card details leave this secure server so your card information is safe. All other customer information is strictly for use by Friars Gallery Ltd and will not be passed to any 3rd parties.

New images and artists are constantly being added to our website. If there is a particular artist's work you want then please email or phone us and let us know what you're looking for as we have the ability to locate most works of art.
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it. But Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason that damaged, may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. We cannot accept any returns after 14 days. In all cases you must contact us first for authorization. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods against loss or damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All in stock orders are dispatched within 4 days and all out of stock orders are dispatched within 7 days both using a 48 hour parcelforce service. Overseas orders may take longer due to delivery. All prints are delivered flat packed. For overseas orders you are responsible for paying any duties or import charges applicable.

Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the time it was submitted.
